Cross-belt Online Elemental Analyzer

Cross-belt Online Elemental Analyzer

Cross-belt online analyzer

Lyncis cross-belt online analyzer is a laser-based, radiation-free solution for quantitative analysis of various elements of interest, including the light ones in bulk materials. Analysis is performed directly on the running conveyor belt without sampling and sample preparation, thereby eliminating hard human labor and potential errors.

It's necessary for continuous, automatic real-time process control in the mining and mineral processing industry. Our analyzers help our clients to optimize their technology, reduce consumption of raw materials and add-ons, water and reagents, energy and fuel. As a result, they improve the quality of final products with reduced expenses.

Our cross-belt analyzers are designed for continuous 24/7 long-term operation in real harsh industrial environments, including fine and corrosive dust, high humidity, vibration, temperature variation and so on.

Lyncis analyzers have been used for more than 15 years as proven technology across various industries and countries in Europe, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, India, South Korea, Turkey, Brazil, and other countries.
