SlurryView - Multistream Online Slurry Analyzer

Lyncis Online Slurry Analyzer for continuous real-time elemental analysis of feed, concentrate or tailings. The analyzer can be connected to any 3rd-party multiplexer for cost-efficient analysis of multiple slurry streams using a single analyzer.

The LIBS technique performs well where the other technologies struggle. For example, XRF online slurry analyzers are limited to heavy elements and can’t measure the concentration of such important elements as Si, Al, Mg, P, Li, B, C, while LIBS can measure the concentration of any element. Lyncis slurry analyzer proved to be well-suited for:

  • Slurries
  • Brines
  • Solutions
  • Feed, concentrate and tailings

  • Iron ore concentrate

  • Lithium

  • Copper

  • Treated wastewater

Multistream analisis by single LIBS analyzer

Most of our clients use SlurryView to analyze slurry fom some streams simultaniously.

Lyncis analyzer is compatible with multiplexors and samplers of any 3rd party.

Radiation-free technology

Traditional online analysis methods employ dangerous X-ray, Neutron or Gamma radiation, posing a serious health risk for the staff of the plant. Also, extra time and effort are required for the permissions and safety training. While LIBS is a completely safe online analysis method.

Accurate and reliable elemental analysis with stable calibration

LIBS technology yields a low signal-to-noise ratio and low interference of analytical lines, enabling reliable and accurate analysis of any element, even at low concentrations in slurries and brines.

The calibration of Lyncis laser technology remains stable for extended periods, eliminating the need for frequent calibration and saving significant user time otherwise required for sample collection and analysis.

Low-Maintenance Design

Lyncis LIBS online analyzers are specifically designed to relieve the maintenance burden on plants. Main maintenance procedures include changing filters and simple cleaning, just a few times per year, that can be carried out by plant staff, eliminating the need for frequent visits from the manufacturer’s engineers.
